FAYS is a first-of-its-kind youth sports governing body — created by former youth sports operators with the intentional goal of implementing meaningful change. Our mantra of Improve, Govern, and Grow is rooted in decades of involvement within the youth sports landscape.

Our mission is to improve quality and access to the youth sports community through special events and education. Everything we build — programs, partnerships, and platforms — exists to elevate the experience for athletes, families, and operators alike.
Sports Boardroom
We develop students from foundational leadership and life skills into confident, career-ready professionals with real experience in sports business — mirroring how the Boardroom operates at the intersection of sports, business, and culture.
