Manager, TravelAnaheim, CA
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Manager of Travel to join our Operations team. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have strong attention to detail and planning skills, and work with a sense of urgency. This team member will work in-house alongside our Senior Director of Operations and will also be expected to collaborate closely with our third party travel concierge service. This is an in-office position at our Anaheim headquarters, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all travel aspects for employees of OGP and its subsidiaries (Pulse Volleyball Club, Grassroots365, Elite Basketball Circuit, Scholastic Series, The Stage, Hype Her Hoops)
- Book accommodations for hotels, cars, and flights in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Compile and provide full rooming lists for staff/coaches/players to hotel contacts as needed
- Book accommodations as needed for VIP guests
- Plan travel itineraries and team bonding events for staff/coaches and players on select signature trips
- Outreach to teams and clients to drive hotel sales and bookings to our preferred hotels through our third party concierge service
- Accurately record travel and hospitality expenses
- Travel as needed on weekends/weekdays to select signature events
QUALIFICATIONS:

Manager, Social MediaAnaheim, CA
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will be able to work in-house aside our Graphics and Sales team & help reflect our creativity and brand on all social media platforms. This team member will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should be open to working weekend events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all social media platforms that OGP and OGP sub brands use. This includes Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Copywriter / Content and PR Manager to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will be able to work in-house aside our Marketing and Sales team & help create short-form copy across our marketing channels in order to increase website traffic, user engagement, and brand awareness. This team member will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should be open to working weekend events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all copy on our website, print marketing materials, email blasts, campaigns and ads
- Manage and write blogs for all brands

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Design Manager to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will be able to work in-house aside our Marketing and Sales team to create designs, concepts and layouts to support OGP’s growing social platforms, website and print media. This team member will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should be open to working weekend events. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, managing multiple sub brand projects, and collaborating with department leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating digital ads, social graphics, email blast graphics, print graphics and the occasional apparel design
- Working alongside the social media team on promptly getting out content daily
- Collaborating with the entire graphics team on sharing files, storing templates, imagery and assets in one place
- Working alongside the CMO on visual concepts, new ideas and brand identity

- Serve as a fill-in coach and skills trainer as needed
Qualifications:

- Provide high-quality, passionate and valuable instruction to players
- Prepare and execute two (2) 90-minute practices weekly

- Work in conjunction with the Director of College Placement Services to assist players with the college recruiting process
