Athletic Performance
Athletic Performance classes are focused on developing key fundamental skills needed for Sports Specific Performance, with an emphasis on balance, strength, speed and agility.
Shelby Hammer Bio
My background is in Sports Performance and Exercise Physiology. I’ll implement a foundational evidence and science-based approach to developing players’ athletic capabilities, from simple balance drills to more compound movement patterns. My goal is to educate players on functional movement, and how to translate that into on-court Performance.
