2025 was a year of scale, dedication and action for Open Gym Premier. Established in 2009, OGP has built a community of youth sport events through youth club basketball tournaments, summer and winter basketball camps and youth basketball leagues throughout Orange County.
Dedicated to scaling and serving in Orange County
Open Gym Premier was labeled as the 2nd fastest growing mid-size company in OC and celebrated the 4th consecutive year of being awarded the Orange County Register’s Top Workplace award in 2025.
With two facilities and headquarters in Orange County, OGP Anaheim and OGP Ladera Ranch, OC communities have been able to access a myriad of programming and branded experiences. To date, OGP hosts 17 brands ranging from club teams, volleyball, scouting services, low-cost tournaments, camps, all-girls basketball tournaments, an advanced stat platform and adidas 3SSB/Gold/Jr. events.

The Passport is a platform created to elevate the player experience and has proven to be an essential part of OGP and its tech/sport hybrid expansion. Overall, the Passport has covered over 1,200 events and created 111,000 player profiles. The Passport allows for:

- Awards
- Achievement badges
- Photo and video uploads
- Player exposure
A polestar for young athletes to track their progress throughout their career, the Passport is here to stay and brings new initiatives in 2026.

14 years of club team basketball, more to come
Throughout the year, OGP has hosted free clinics through OGP Cares, camps, hosted hundreds of players in the youth basketball league throughout Orange County and has proven their clubs teams are Built Different. Club teams encompass the love of basketball at the core of the business, and bring out the raw competition and strive for excellence amongst the company, culture and environment.
This year, OGP executed year one of a robust, multi-year partnership with adidas. Expansion and improvements to the 3SSB, Gold and Jr. factions of this esteemed basketball circuit were made through media sessions and coverage, live stats and elevated experiences for signature events throughout the United States.
OGP 3SSB club teams were challenged to compete across tournaments and proved to spectators and families their grit on the court. Our club teams receive the highest standards from competition, training, coaching and more:
